People say MTL is a problem when this issue of "No Sexual Content" is just as bad. There should be a way to blacklist this tag so it doesn't show in your feed.

I do agree that the lack of blacklist of tags is kind of annoying. You can filter any tag in that you want but you can't filter them out.

I duck taped the keycard together but it won't open the third room. Do I really need to cut the corner piece off the card? If so how do I do that?

Yes, you have to cut the card. You can cut it off by constructing the scissors. In order to construct the scissors you need to have both blades, a screw which can be obtained after you solve square pattern puzzle, and using the lucky coin to twist the screw in. The second blade is kind of easy to miss. Its the square vent, but the scene wont trigger until you've exhausted all dialogue options in the second room (for some odd reason).
