The main reason I did this is because I personally don't like being spammed sex scenes when I'm playing a game. Even with the option to skip them if they are repeating, it would lower their impact when you have a dozen of them each night. It' more "yes, I managed to get the Waitress' scene" rather than "Waitress again? Skip".
Instead, you have to work a bit for them, and they come with the additional effect of giving you an ability. Since you'll need multiple runs, you'll have a lot of chances to get them. I prefer making a game with sexual elements than a simple fap game, but I can understand that isn't what everyone wants ^^.
For the randomness, I'm giving tools for mitigating it. You have your Luck that allows you to simply pick a value for a die, abilities that reroll and if you get to the Shapkeeper before beating a succubus (or if you managed to get her ability), she'll give you an ability that simply edges the succubus if you use it to win.
And lastly, I'll make all succubi's edging and losing scenes available once you beat the game, so if you still couldn't manage to get a specific one, you'll get her there.
