You need base64 or whatever it is to decode it. It's some sort of weird hash that links to megas and other sites.

If your phone isn't powerful enough to run the original videos, you may be able to get it to work by using an app to downscale the videos to lower resolution.
Off-topic but the advantage of base64 over URLs? I want to make it clear. I can delete post after answer.
