The fact was that this specific version of the tool was the last that support old translation and didn't lock yet the bigger ones with paywal if shared (you can check this if you are interested).

Could someone copy the walkthrough to a none steam Page please? Iam from Germany but it is Region locked here.

Also is it possible to save Ella (the Burger joint girl)? I threw everything I had at her, including a left over granade but couldnt save her. The new girls Isa and Karin are both under leveled and Karin is useless. She doesnt deal much damage nor tank the Hits well. Or am I doing something wrong?

What are you talking about my guy ? No steam needed, just download and play. It's a good RPG with some humors.
