Well, my congratulations to the chef, it was a pleasant surprise to find this title while searching for BDSM and MaleDom content. It's nice to see that the MC isn't a textbook idiot with stupid dialogue like other games that I won't mention. Another great thing is that he's a cultured man with tattoos (one of my favorite dialogues in the story). I also don't understand the irrational hatred of seeing a woman with tattoos.
The LI's are very well developed with their own conflicts and peculiarities. They are certainly a rather curious pair. Aneta is quite funny, and it's great that she's a slut from the start. I don't know why some people would be bothered by this when, in the end, she almost always returns to being an authentic LI slut. With Emily, I'm eager to see how she develops sexually and if Aneta will teach her many things that she might copy herself.
It's great to see a game that takes risks by touching on dark themes, but not for the sake of sensationalism, rather to enrich the plot and personal conflicts. Similarly, it criticizes the hypocrisy of religion and the “upper class,” who look down on Aneta but turn a blind eye to a possible rapist, as well as the evils of bureaucracy when looking for work, which pushes young people into a life of crime in order to survive. Not to mention human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Hopefully, we will be given the option to help Rosa in the future.
Any details that could be improved? It may be silly, but it would be great if you could change the sound the chair makes, which is just awful. It doesn't sound like a chair being dragged across the floor; it sounds like the electrical current from live wires. It may be a silly detail, but I needed to mention it.
PS: And a little help, how can I do it right with Aneta at the BDSM club? I've tried a bunch of combinations but I can't seem to satisfy her. I don't know if it's set up so that I'm bound to lose, but I'd appreciate knowing what I have to do to make it work.

Your very fist action sets the course of the complete scene.
You have to play a little around with the variables "BDSMTrust +1", "BDSMTrust -1" and "mean031 = True / False". Depending if mean031 is True or False the outcome af a action will be reversed.
I recommend the use of the URM mod, because the game is quite punishing, you think you have done all fine in Chapter 1 but in Chapter 2 you can miss a huge bunch of contend without noticing it.
The mod will show the the variables change +/-. It is not invasive, meaning no screwed saves any more - easy to remove without a trace. And works with all renpy games, no matter the version.
Or you open the script.ryp in the /game directory with notepad++/Visual Studio Code on a 2nd monitor to browse the script.

As for the issue you have here - honestly, I fucked up. The "varied pleasure and pain" loop is far too restrictive - the way to success should have been possible regardless of how you start the interaction, but I believe it is locked to the positive start (having her look at you). To succeed and also get the relationship point on offer:
"Tell her to look in your eyes." > "Have her blow you." > "Tie her hands to the cage." > "Use the cleaning gear to pleasure her."
At least until I go back and fix it. And by fixing it, I'll probably remove the "game" aspect to it to allow for players to just experiment with the options to see what she likes and dislikes.

Did I just understand you correct? That is the path for maxing out?
I personally take the approach on scenes like this with the mindset "what would I do, and how would be feel both about it?"
To be honest, never would I go so far to do this to any person. No matter if the other one want this or is okay with it, I would just feel uncomfortable. And if we both are not comfortable with a action it is of limits and not a option any more.
Call me prude or tell me my head is to vanilla, dedicated toys are fine, but the cleaning gear stuff was - in my opinion - way to degrading/humiliating.
And from my understanding of the *rules* set at the beginning of the scene was this something that counts clearly to this category...

I need to make it clearer that Aneta gets off on being penetrated by foreign objects - the dirtier the better. It's mentioned in the conversation with Chloe, but not in a way that would make it obvious to the reader. Where she draws the line is with the dog dildo - that is what she would find humiliating - grabbing bottles, food items, mops - these are all in her "fun" zones.
It can be quite hard to define lines with her because she is so close to the edge on a bunch of things.
This is something I will need to adjust when I do a full game polish at the end of development.

And I wonder if we will learn more about Rosa's past. I know of a case of a family whose daughter was going to emigrate to the US but disappeared without a trace in Mexico. It's really tough. I think the uncertainty of not knowing what happened can be worse than death itself.

The answer to the first point is "yes." Julia is on the poster for the game, and is the "Blood Spiral" in Aneta's character arc.
The second point is "no." There will be a small nod to her background in the epilogue in episode 4 (though what this is would spoil if the outcome was positive or negative if I said what it was) - but the story just doesn't have room for a deep dive on how Rosa got to the UK, other than to allude in dialogue that it wasn't pleasant.
And those last points kind of answer your last question - Blood Spirals is a four episode AVN. While it's true that I'm not even making 3% of what I need to cover living costs - I have enough saved, and family support to finish this and the first season of my next game (another 3 and a bit years of development). BS was always intended as a 2 year project to "learn to do the thing." The only way it won't be finished is if I become seriously ill or die.

I can confirm doing this causes her to say "I can't lie, it wasn't a great start" which I assume isn't the right choices lol.

6'10 is incredible. Not as an anomaly of height biologically, but as a literary device! I have zero experience with this variant of storytelling, but I have to assume the artistic and logistical framework aspect of abiding by the 6'10 rule for your MC makes every shot difficult. That's the structure. It's the first time moving away from the MC's point of view, so it probably does come with some discombobulation for some.
Here's a quick fix:
1. Open up PhoneTexting.rpy in a text editor
2. Search for "xpos -580" without quotes
3. Add a # so the line now looks like #xpos -580 (you could also delete this line)
4. On the line above, change "text_align 1" to "text_align 0" (again, no quotes)
5. Save and relaunch game
The two lines of text should look like this:
text_align 0
#xpos -580
Fixed the issue for me. Phone text should display and wrap properly.
