If I'm not mistaken, the only love interest that had flashbacks was the MC's mother and Jhenny (I think that's her name), and even then it depended on the choices you made for her to appear with a guy. None of the other Lis had flashbacks in an orgy, being fucked, or anything like that that would make you think, "Oh, there's NTR here." And well, as already mentioned, the game's theme is Vampires. I'd have to be very naive to believe that my Lis are virgins waiting for the MC to deflower them, hahaha.
