Will the official version be released directly on Steam? I personally prefer using Steam to manage my games.

You know, I didn't mind those that much. I liked seeing the progression of time. If those transition screens are removed, do we still have something that quickly tells you what time it's moved to? The last version I played through was v0.0.99.

Yes. If the subsequent event takes place at the same location, there is no full transition, but the clock and location name still appear in the top left corner at the beginning of the event.
If you travel to a different location in the city, you still get the full transition.

I am wondering if there is any progress so far on more M/M content for those of us who do actually like that.
As a gay male player I am sad the MC starts as straight/bi without any choice to play gay from the start. But I respect the choice to not include it. I do wish there were more options to exclude the CGS of partly nude women and the odd position Chloe is in when first drinking MCs blood.
Speaking of that there is an inconsistency in the game. There is a choice to get bitten without the kiss, but when Chloe goes for a feed a second time the game assumes I did kiss her before even though I did not.
I've not progressed beyond that point yet.

This inconsistency will be fixed in the next update. Also, after that scene, you'll see one more unavoidable scene where a female has exposed nipples (two female vampires feeding on a woman). After that one, there shouldn't be any unavoidable scenes with female-presenting nipples.
Still, while we make sure that there are no unavoidable sexual scenes with pairings that the player doesn't want to see, there might be occasional scenes where you might see a topless male or female character in the future (in a non-sexual context).
Yes, there's progress with MxM content. In the latest demo, we added the first explicit sexual scene between MC and male LI. We'll add more next week. And there are plenty of MxM scenes in the Patreon build already.
It'll be available next week.

Keep in mind that it's just a promo art aimed at the MxM audience, drawn by a different artist. In the game, he's quite different. Also, his body language differs between MxF routes and MxM routes.
