You can say that milf has become a word on its own with a different meaning than the original, and that'd be fair, but the original milf can not be a virgin. Unless we're going by Christian doctrine and this virgin milf we're talking about is named Mary.

It is ignorant to just state " IF you are a MILF you are NOT a virgin " :FacePalm:

The original meaning was Mother I'd like to fuck. If you want to nitpick, A "Mother" doesn't have to be a child's bio-mother, and she could be a virgin. (She might have a medical condition that doesn't allow for sex.) This is all nitpicky stuff.
You could even go as far as In-vitro fertilization to a virgin; she would technically still be a virgin.
There are many more "exceptions," But yeah, in the big picture, A Milf is not a virgin.

200 years ago when girls as young as 14 were having children (which was normal) would you call them Milf's? :ROFLMAO:

When mary can do it, why no other MILF? The question was just if there are virgin MILFs, I mean we are talking about Vampires! Can we please discuss how realistic these vampires are in this game?! I think the likelyhood for a virgin MILF is higher then for a blood drinking for human that get 100 years old. I wonder why it did not bother you, that we have vampires.
