no adult content. simple as that.
game have no nudity or else. at the difference of bloody spell.
i m not talkin about sex, but just "adult". undead and zombis aint an excuse to put "adult" and that kind of adult isnt what supposed to be here.
mods decision. that's all. it is what it is. game is not even tagged anything adult in steam, while bloody spell have the tags for reasons.

I'm pretty sure both games have no nudity by default but it can be achieved by using mods.

TBH finished both and barely seen anything hot in BS but some l-kiss attempt and a few skimpy outfits. TKA at least has the grabs that look too much like a rape attempt, and truly natural-looking kills (yeah, I know we here are not a community of omnicidal sadists, but for some reason I have something about nice girls murdering stuff while that expression and movement as she struggles to pull the knife back out of someone's head is made just once too real, and also Mrs. Zombie meeting Mr. Wrench, first up the kneecaps, next on the face - a few times, - is likely the best 3D guro I've ever witnessed - and yeah, I don't really care of that "undead" aspect as I've seen enough anorexic girls IRL who look undead enough to make me with my case of psoriasis cut with greeting everyone no other way than "Hey, smoothskin!").
