Overview:
Human male main character returns from failed raid to find his wife having sex with somebody else, and gets kicked out of his house. A plan (of sorts) is concocted to make his dick bigger because he thinks that will magically solve his problems, which requires him to find a (horny and annoying) old man. This sets off a chain of events which has him watching and participating in many sex acts, mostly involving female Draenei.​

I cant remember the comic name but it seems like this is based off it. Comic where if someone fucks that blue lady, they become it too, and then the whole tavern is full of those blue clone ladies with a guy trying to escape.

For those ones, you need an item for it. Go into your inventory and click use item when you are next to it

I now see the use button in the inventory, but it does nothing, can just click it and nothing happens...

Oh well, game wasn't really for me anyway, don't like big tits.

If you're talking about the first time that pops up (upstairs in the inn, with the Tauren and Blood Elf), it's the "E" button.

So, the game is pretty good. Some control problems (really wish the run speed was the default, instead of having to hold down shift basically the entire time), some of the quests aren't fully clear (and the journal can show stuff out of order sometimes), but definitely one of the better works.
