Does anyone know if it's possible to edit our save or the html to fix this lack of kink-picking, alingside the 1-limit physical trait?

the physical trait limit can be bypassed easy enough using that dev/cheat menu accessed by double-tapping esc, but there's no option in there to give yourself kinks

want to give myself all kinks that interest me so i can view the "full" scenes

i tried edited some value associated with kinks (something max kink length, and some others around it? which were all 0) and starting a new save to see if that worked but no luck. probablyjust be editing the wrong values though.

so far that and similar annoyances are the only issue i have with this game, i get that as a game-dev you have a certain "way" you want players to experience your game but a lot of people like myself really dont have the time to grind away retrying over and over to *maybe* experience some scene i'm trying to get.

sounds like that "rpg-start" path coming *might* be enough but really what i'd want is just a uh...idk, "debug mode" or something, where literally all options for all scenarios are available. no "you dont see men that way" blocking an option cause on 2nd page of the game you selected option 2 instead of 3....

Like you absolutely have to lose your virginity as a teenager (tried a shitload of combinations), the incest option is never a good experience no matter what and always comes with the addition of some guy named petey, your nationalities are restricted based on.. something? I had some options one time, other options the other time, picking the exact same customizations for the mother and father.

You always have to attend prom no matter how much of a shutin you are, you always have to adhere to social norms no matter what you pick, etc.

Definitely heaps of effort went into this and it's a decently extensive CYOA, just feels like too many things one might want to "C" can't be "YOA"-ed.

got to keep your stability high, risk/suggestibility low, choose the correct "how you respond/react to male attention" picks etc.

as a number of storylines will have slightly different flavor text but present entirely different choices depending on those things, they don't always just grey-out a choice. sometimes its replaced entirely if your girl *really* wouldn't do whatever your hoping for

petey though...yeah, petey is annoyinh as fuck. as i understand it thats not really comnected to trying to bone your da. just a sort of placeholder for "irregular" choices, lot of times that scene is identical to whatever other character you could pick just with names swapped. i assume it'll be fleshed out eventually

i feel like i have a rough idea of what early picks your taking and tbh not really surprised your not getting any option to keep virginity through HS...

but yes, would be nice to have less restrictions overall for those of us that really dont have the time to go through character creation over and over. the cheat menu (double tap esc) only helps so much

thats the one thing about that option.
theres fiction, fiction that tries to match how society will always demand you to be(which lets be honest, reality has way too many gaps, for good or bad. in what can occur. so much bad things occur, just like so many people vital to good events or Victories have their stories untold. or simply ommited cause they dont match the stereotypical Pure Good, or societally good.)
and of course the brutally fictitious fiction that throws you out of immersion(to the point that its just absolutely turning hell to ice. in terms of arousal.)

id say Blue Swallow is a good "Fiction" but in those lil things, like the incest maybe, is alil too Societal Expectations. (but easy to disregard that minor, almost unimportant personal gripe. Cause it has a likelihood of just being developer preference. Just like it is in other games. Like T.I.T.S. with certain content on a Iceball Location in the past.) so i dont really care to push it.

But just like in reality, we dont control what can occur. (and like in tainted space's, its space, anything can and will occur. if the ingredients can occur.) so i just chalk it up to claires world just doesnt have that line. (Even though it comes off as lacking any real development to how Claire would even consider it, as it seems as she would always deny it, or use other characters. rather than which ever parent she has for that, in the case of incest.) in my playthroughs at least, it just seems like randomly, you get a chance to do these things at TwitchCon.(dk if other areas have such interactions with the "Parental Figure")

like personally, i find games/mods like Future Agent, are a poor and cheap mockery of the original game. like its so out there, its clearly just made to hate the original. there is no story at all. while the original just is a game that you either like, have gripes, or dislike. has its good and bad just like any other game. but thats all ill say. (Blue Swallow, is by far way better in my opinion, at least.) [Though i wont be able to enjoy the full extent of it. Since like some other games, the squeeze is worth the wait with how its set up. so ill wait.]

There are plenty of kids who never even get into relationships in their highschool years let alone have sex, and as far as "societal expectations" that highly depends on where you live. Even then there are shutins and kids from extremely conservative families. Plus being from a small town in a middle of nowhere should carry absolutely no social expectations. Being from Alabama I'd expect incest to be common (that's the famous joke, but it.. is a bit of a problem there, acknowledged or not, alongside other states in the south-east of america. Though with cousins more than direct family)

I picked as many of the shut-in options as possible but you are never actually allowed to be a shutin. There /must/ be a group of people you hang out with. I suppose that's for the mother character to have something to comment on. Certain backgrounds don't even allow you to never take drugs. You're in a nowhere town and your family is poor? Somehow despite being poor you can afford and are obligated to take drugs - plus somehow you have easy access to drugs.. in a midle of nowhere town. Rich and spoiled? You have the option to never have done anything remotely dubious despite being rich encouraging a level of lavish lifestyle that often includes drugs

I guess my gripe with it is that whatever hidden stats there are, they make it play more like an rpg than a cyoa, because you don't /actually/ choose what your character is like or what they do, you choose some scenarios and your character does whatever they want based on that scenario and their stats.

While that makes it "replayable", in my opinion this is a poor way to do it, because you /have/ to replay it however many times to figure out what choice does what.

As for petey, if the intent was to have someone to be with for the public eye, there are plenty of ways to do it where a specific character isnt forced on you. Like pretending you're in a relationship with the best friend, or with a shutin who doesn't want a relationship, or with a girl (le cliche highschool "experimenting").

As far as the experience with the dad goes, it seems no matter what you pick it's always "it's this guy's first time, he's never been with a woman before and doesn't know how to have sex" while the opening scenario paints him entirely different with the mother.

There's a moment at the end of high school where you can literally pick to not have lost your virginity. Claire can reach the main game as a virgin.

0.8.5 for Sudden Agents

Meanwhile, we've been preparing the 0.8 Public version which will include the Prologue improvements and changes (including the RPG Character Generator), and allow players to get their first taste of Act I -- maybe a bit of Tallinn or Bangkok, maybe the initial contact with EROS in Manila. Everything else will be for supporters until some future Public version. For our supporters, it's time for the 0.9 dev cycle. That means more art, more content. Some new, great passage art has been added and I'm focusing the content on the two existing Gap Year arcs - Africa and Europe. These will all be released with 0.9.0 on the same day we drop 0.8 Public. Until then!

0.8.5 for Dossier, and a note from our dev below:

Apologies for the tardiness, after having back-to-back cold/virus things over the past month, I wanted to get our the next release as soon as possible and was writing and re-coding the Gap Years and completely lost track of time. I'm about halfway through Europe and aim to release 0.9.0 alongside the Public release as soon as it's done, rather than wait for a 'release day'.

In the meantime, our artists are working on the new upper assets to account for the new chest size and we've gotten two batches of passage art completed for the next release. Hope you all have been warmer than I have, this winter's biting and the cold is too common for me.

at the very least if you select Jake as the partner you don't have a choice at prom. the scene that plays at prom (if you pick jake as a partner) is always going to be "actually you had sex before this with someone else, and now you're having sex with jake" followed by another scene with petey having sex yet again.

Maybe it's more hidden stats, who knows.

At the beginning of the music path in HS i started a band with the Boys, right after choosing name and first demo there is a thing about selling tickets.


"It was incredibly difficult selling gig tickets. The important tests and papers were due for the year, Prom Committee was in session, dork conventions, there were reasons aplenty to be busy. But we worked hard, and The Indiscreet Priori managed to sell 15 tickets to the show.

Instead of next decision " Error: cannot execute macro <<crossroads>>: HS002 is not defined" shows up and prevents progress. Putting the error code in the spoiler.
Also, not that it's a big issue in a porn game but my character doesn't load any clothes above hips, just shows the pic error thingy next to her. Same as with many character "faces".

As you may have seen, we dropped a poll about 0.10 and what we should focus on in the next development cycle while we're trucking along on this one. It's how we roll here: forward thinking and making sure what we're focused on is what you're looking for and want to see.

This poll is about 'personalities' -- should there be multiple versions of scenes in the main game that reflect the type of person Claire is rather than the chance that we reference a particular stat or not.
