teased yeah, humiliated not so much, but trust me, this games probably the most netorase game out, so much that it gets annoying sometimes.

I like the pacing and dialogue, it gives the sexual moments more impact and makes for better reading if there's proper setup and the characters' motivations/feelings are explored properly. It can feel like it takes forever for anything substantial to happen if you're waiting on updates to drop but only a few days have actually passed in game.

Next update looks like a big one too if we need to end the party, go for a volleyball session and get T a bit of the old sloppy toppy. Should be good.

I don't anticipate a two-month delay or anything remotely similar, it's just not gonna happen in July, but I'm working on getting a clearer timeline soon so I can do the typical 'countdown' post. It's not all scenes that need work.

Believe me, no one wants this update out more than I do. I'm aware of the time since the last release and how delays can affect engagement.

I'm not claiming to create high art here but I want to put out something that I would personally enjoy and hopefully just a tiny bit refreshing in the genre. This sometimes means exploring ideas that don't always pan out, leading to delays.

I usually evade AI CG games (though i play AI chat like candy ai and crushon ai like a lot lol) but I decided to give this a go. And it's good. I like it a lot. Imo, it's the story, character progression, and the plot. Just started it so yeah. It's like me giving 3DCG games a go like Eternum for example.

There's nothing we can do. The author wants to make a better game. Getting as much financial support as possible is not his priority.

This is true when you are talking about professionals who know what they are doing. I agree it is better to rather postpone a release date than release half-assed broken mess like it is common in current videogame industry.

i generally agree that releasing before its "ready" is bad, but i also want to push back on the idea that "more time === better product"

sometimes "more time" means "the development is going poorly and everything is on fire"

For me personally I dont really care how long it takes.
I am only supporting when a new update comes out and I think if many people did the same they wouldnt complain as much.

There is also the debate of when something becomes "milking" supporters.
For example lets pick Snatsgames creator of Twisted world.
He was reworking his whole game for a year and when he released it, he apologized that he had to split the update in two.
That's milking.

In this case, I of course dont know anything about making consistent ai cgs.
But if update takes more than 4 months and the update is like 20-30 minutes long then it gets little weird at that point.

this game was also the first halfway decent AI CG game i played, so i think that increased the hype because people thought "oh wow this is really high quality! that's exciting! and the dev is promising monthly updates!"

but now the updates are slowing down, and there are other AI CG games coming out that directly compete with BTW's quality. My New Girlfriend has decent-sized monthly updates, good communication from the dev, and drops AI gen teasers DAILY on patreon, that's a crazy good value (although that dev also just delayed the next release so the cycle continues lmao)

i'm just hoping BTW 0.6.0 is a smash success so it can reclaim the throne, the first 2-3 updates were sooooooooooo good
