Yeah I don't think so, since he released this non update with a lot of AI errors bad animations, I believe it's gonna be another 3 months for the next update.
Goddam, when this game came out i met my now gf, next year we will be moving together. I dont think i will ever see the complete version of this awesome game, farewell my bois! happy fap!

This is the PUBLIC version. Supporters have had this story content for months.
The new features (galleries, 150+ reworked animations, etc.) were included now because they're relevant for the game moving forward - better to get feedback early than later.
v0.6.0 (actual new content) is in active development. Sunday dev diary has details, as usual.
Yes, this took some time from 0.6.0 content - but animations and major code features aren't exactly trivial and they were always gonna take some time.
0.6.0 is well underway regardless, just be patient or play something else.
Use the APK for a better experience, main build is too large atm to be played on joiplay.
Or you can wait a bit of time.
I haven't been able to replicate any saving or unlocking issue but I'll keep an eye out.
Do you even realise that this game is not NTR?
The Dev has said that there will never be NTR, only NTS.
Maybe you need a different game?

Question: The game has quite a few times where there is dialog happening and just a black screen. Is this intentionally or is it a bug in the MacOS version?

Not every game will appeal to everyone. There are games I'd rate 5/5 that get negative reviews - it's impossible to please everyone.

v0.6.0 is gonna be a fun update imo and am looking forward to reactions.
Support has doubled since the remake. The approach is working for the target audience.
If this isn't the pacing/direction you want, totally fair - but the constant "milking" accusations don't match the reality and rage posting will be ignored.
Genuine feedback is always welcome.
There are some black screens though but if it persists can you give me a screenshot or similar so I know which part of the game has the black screen on your end.

Can you ensure to turn of the shaders on the startup the screen and see if that still happens?

played through the first 2 days again. I'm sold on the animations, they are really smooth and the facial animations are nice. I still feel like non-erotic animations are a bit unnecessary tho (terrace with bag of groceries animation, ayumi petting the cat etc.). The skip to day and scene gallery are really fucking nice too cuz now I don't need pages upon pages of saves for scenes I want to replay anymore lol.
minor bugs: On day 1 in the car. After ayumi says "don't stare at Terrace's conquests too much" and you pick a dialogue option, the game autoplays her next lines before I could read it even though I didn't have auto turned on.
When the shaders are off, the whole cg moves around and you can see the borders of the cg over the black background.
edit: Didn't realize v2 dropped alr. I got the bugs on v1 so they could be patched already.

His game is 5GB for how little progress he's made in the story
Let's say that by Days 4 and 5 it'll be, what, 7.4GB?
I understand that he likes quality, and that's appreciated, but he needs to find a more efficient format
Furthermore, I wouldn't even mind if you used GIFs in the animations xd

Will do. I've tried with and without shaders. Here's one screenshot. I'm going to list dialog below that are blank pages. It may just be a stylistic choice.

You doing a good job with animations. I dont see it often in many other games, so its pretty cool. Excited to see a future update come soon.
Yes, but it's an AI animation. He even added a filter throughout the game so that the animation doesn't stand out.
