wait a minute, hold up!! a full fledged doctor at 26? impossible! 8 years of med school + 4 years of undergrad and 1 - 2 years of residency. Full doctors gotta be at least in mid 30s
First of all, I trust you, so I turned off defender to play that game, but.... In your screenshots you used another file, that we could find at links (current version of the game is 1.4.9, but you used instead 1.2). However right version file passed Totalvirus checker

This and the maid cafe game seem to be suffering from the same kind of bugs (Can't save, can't sleep to go to the next day).

Offered the chance to restart the day, I said yes. Now I'm stuck in my apartment, and sleeping doesn't send me back to the hospital.

Once again good premise for a game and the controls are complete shite.
The "tutorial" such as it is, tells me to assign a post for a nurse, but when I try to do that it tells me to wait until the hospital closes. Which makes no sense, but I wait anyway. So it's evening and it still tells me the same thing.
And I managed to assign a generic nurse to a room, but I haven't found a way to remove them yet.
Oh, and when I go home, I can't sleep because it tells me "a nurse must be assigned to a nurse's station". Which is something it didn't let me do. Then I to do that at home, but it says "No more workstations".
EDIT: Restarted the game and still can't assign nurses. It just keeps saying "No more workstations".

Alright, in case someone else is stuck: The room it wants you to build when starting out is not the first room its offering. It's the "Nurses Station" on a different page.
