The "tutorial" such as it is, tells me to assign a post for a nurse, but when I try to do that it tells me to wait until the hospital closes. Which makes no sense, but I wait anyway. So it's evening and it still tells me the same thing.

And I managed to assign a generic nurse to a room, but I haven't found a way to remove them yet.

Oh, and when I go home, I can't sleep because it tells me "a nurse must be assigned to a nurse's station". Which is something it didn't let me do. Then I to do that at home, but it says "No more workstations". :WaitWhat:

EDIT: Restarted the game and still can't assign nurses. It just keeps saying "No more workstations".

You need to click first at nurse, and then NOT at the exclamation mark, but near. I had the same problem

I really can't decide if "Let him go back" is any different from "Treatment". Sometimes both will make money, and/or raise your stats. Are you supposed to decide based on the percentage of likelihood?

There might be a clue in this: when there's a new inflated penis patient, you get an option to "Let him go back" or build a treatment room. But I already have two treatment rooms (got the second one in this way!). So that second option is way less than obvious.

And this. Two placeholder nurses assigned to penile treatment are stuck walking in place rather than entering their work areas.

I'm pretty sure this is a gag "game" and there's no way to actually bed any of the nurses outside raping them, which will initiate a badly made animation and result in a game over.

There are "relationship" and "intimacy" levels, but those are both in the MCs head and your raise them by jacking off to that particular girl, without them knowing anything about said "relationship", apparently.

This smells like either social commentary of some kind or a very particular fetish of the creator.

You can't really interact with the nurses in any way, outside calling them into your room, where you can only either suggest sex to them or dismiss them. There's no mechanism to establish a relationship of any kind with them.

The only thing I found was one girl walking up to a wall and standing there, until I spooked her away from there. The same scene just keeps repeating and there's neither nothing iteractable there nor can I ask her about it, since the single thing this "boss" is apparently able to communicate to his underlings is bluntly asking for sex and getting denied.

Oh yeah and you can place very expensive and single-use cameras in the women's toilet in the hopes of getting not very sexy photos of them just sitting around there.

Possibly all true, but you can upload the stealth videos for money (home laptop). We'll see if it can pay for the cameras.

I did notice the video site, but so far my cameras haven't been that useful. I'm trying out the more expensive one now, in case it'll produce something more interesting. (EDIT: I just realized the things that the game calls "photos" in the UI are actually videos you can upload to the site. An another symptom of the UI being ass.)

Also does anyone know what the puzzle pieces are for that you get from hitting generic or duplicate characters in the headhunting "minigame"? They look like currency, but I haven't found a way to use them yet.

EDIT2: Even the more expensive camera gave me "no particularly worth saving photos".

I was up to 2200 coins on my first video when I saw so many bugs in the game I had to stop. Nurses keep getting stuck outside the treatment rooms, patients are piling up untreated, and I'm losing money. I built a second treatment room, but the game was trying to send me home at the same time I was recruiting another nurse. Hired successfully, and now cannot be assigned. But all the patients are being stacked at the second treatment room, so....

I give up.

I'm going to give up on this at least until someone writes a guide for it, though I'm having no problems with the economy side myself. I've been expanding the hospital slowly and generating a small profit. It's just that the porn part is completely missing. 100% of the "sex" in this game seems to be the main character cranking it to fully dressed nurses.

I'm sure everyone can do that pretty well without this weirdass game if that tickles their pickle.

i got some of the girls secrets but it takes awhile to get done a lot of grind so i just cheat engine it for money

for Jeneva(the pink hair girl) i think she needs to be able to promote then call her back she will ask for promotion then you can get the h scene.

for luna (brown hair with a kid) talk to her kid when he sits down in parlor give him a drink which you can get from vending machine in parlor do it a couple times then let him watch cartoons on your pc after awhile of waiting luna will come to your office tell her to read then rape her behind the bookshelf next day call her in and threaten her with her son then she is done.

manni (the blonde one who requires a lot of reputation to hire is easy call her out back and she is power hungry she asks to be the head nurse and she will do anything for it.

nico (white hair girl) all i did was call her to the office and it worked so i think she is easy too.

mina (brown hair doctor) have a vip ward for her boyfriend and research a cure for vegetative patients when she goes to check on her boyfriend talk with her about the cure and she is done.

that is all i know for now game is a huge grind research take a long time.

Every downloaded version has a virus, severe threat, built in. Automatically deletes the game.exe file. Potential spoof and ransomware. Unlike any other zzz game. Tower Defense, Lina's backstory, and Love Cafe. Bad code not compatible.

A few more hints about the girls:

get hints on their secrets once you research your building 4times in R & B to unlock heart reading potions. After using it, you'll get hints. the easiest lady to lay is the green hair one cuz you only need to r*pe her and she wont say anything so its the easiest

My suggestion: use cheat engine and boost money, reputation and MC talent points, this way you may avoid several weeks of gameplay waiting to reach what you need, for example buy several R&D and personnel and research will be faster
