I see,for Ella any thoughts? Everytime i invite her to the office, i only get the options "Confess" which she just shrugs off, "rape" which leads to a game over and "think again". I have been talking to her in the office for almost 10 in game days now and i can't seem to progress

I don't think you can, I've tried to find inventory items in the save file and using Cheat Engine...I suspect they are stored as individual entities rather than as integers. you just need to buy them every day
