It isn't as bad as the 1 star review had me believe. My guess is they posted it too early and it was full of bugs. It still has some bugs, and the translation is pretty bad, but the game is overall not bad. I like the management gameplay. Hopefully there is a walkthrough at some point, or some better hints.

I'm stuck on this my best guess is that you need a customer to sit at table closest to front desk, you send someone that isn't jena and if they fail the guy will sit there looking sad then it could be 1 of many options.
1. interact with her, rub butt / ass lick
2. send here back to work.
3. leave the area so she is left alone at the desk
This is all guess work and it all could be wrong but i can't think what else it could be.
I'm working through these now to try and solve it and will update if i make any progress.

go to the upper floor and the lower and start constructions like u do in the middle floor
When u are in ur room at the end of the day, go to the computer, go to rankings, vote on the girls that have image and are not already urs, eventually u will get their id, after u get their id u go to your phone, u click add friends/contacts, then u have to find her id, and type it exactly, carefull with the caps lock, their id isnt their name, make sure you find the right one, then u have to text them, they will acpet if ur store has more reputation than the one they are already working for, to change reputation, go to the save file (coffe0.json,coffe1.json,...), and search for 'fabu', u can also change the money, its right besides fabu, and if u want more skill points just search 'point'
