If that's your limit you've not got a whole lot of RAM available to your browser and it's wanting you to use the terrible client. Unfortunately you're going to have to set that up or beef up your hardware. Probably. Though there's still a shitty limit of 2GB on individual browser downloads even with an offensive amount of RAM.
I tried to download through their app, still running into the same issue. Capped at 1.5gb, gotta wait 6 hours to continue.

Why not just manipulate Assembly-CSharp.dll directly?
I've just had a quick glance at the code, so I might underestimate the difficulty - but to me it looks easy enough:

I'll attach the dll (I hate, that it gets falsely flagged as a virus - but eh, it's a mere proof of concept anyways).
Just be aware, that it's a quick and dirty edit of the unlock-able clothes to see, if it works.
I don't know, if it might cause any problems to own clothes before you're supposed to (I don't think so, but it still warrants that note).
At least now you know, that editing Assembly-CSharp.dll is one easy route.

played this long, long ago and i quit on that scene for one reason alone. even if you succsed it runs the event again after she abuses you a bit. i hate forced failure events like that. make it a damn cutcene if your going to pull that crap.

Not a cheat menu, but this can be used to edit save files.
Just simply load a save file (\AppData\LocalLow\Rel_Pink\BMO-TV) and change the values.
