I looked at the F95 tag definitions when making the req thread and pregnancy was from impregnation and pregnant women, so I added it on that, but yeah in the build rn there is only impregnation content. I am maybe gonna do it so there is a scene where pregnant Oui is involved doing something or other, but that is down the line and a maybe anyway, at present its just impregnation.

I don't know why, but the title made me think this was going to be a BloonsTD parody game where instead of a MOAB, there's a BOAB (biggest of all boobs)
big fan of this and pixel art in general. hoping for more animations. and hope the dev sticks with it.
