The more I think about this update the more odd it sems to me.
Bobby's actions are motivated by what benefits him, like he went to steal the phone for Liza not because it's the right thing to do. But it is so that he can use the video to blackmail Liza into doing things for him and corrupting her in the process.
His action in the latest update have no benefits to him (besides the physical sexual gratification) and in fact incriminates himself by recording his crime and giving Lucy leverage over him if she finds the video he made.
I'm willing to give ZipTieFun the benefit of doubt and see where he is going with the story, but this update shows that he don't have "what benefits Bobby in the long run if he does this" in his thoughts.
I don't know, I may be over thinking this.

You think about it too much.
Zip has often written that he has a lot of ideas but, as you can see, little time to implement them. This is why something incoherent is created, a patchwork of his ideas and Raince's ideas that lead nowhere. For Zip, only pretty graphics and individual scenes count at the moment.
Having ideas for scenes is good but you need to string them together to make a cohesive plot for the story.You think about it too much.

This mish mash of scenes is very jarring for me as it's ignoring the core drive for Bobby's actions.
I'm hoping his going somewhere with this and is not just going for quick titillation
You have to give money to Lucy for alcohol and wait for her to come home at night.(Repeat this until you can find Lucy and Julia at the door of the house at night)
I think I figured out what's jarring about the Lucy drugging scene.
He said he is doing the blackmail route for Lucy, but the drugging scene has nothing to do with blackmail so I think he added the drugging scene as her "dark path".
Or at least I hope it's the dark path as it don't make sense otherwise.
Hoping to see him get caught and is sent to prison and become the wife for his cell mate, that would be poetically funny.
You also have to get a job at the "Fat Cat" night club and catch them there at the end of your shift, and then go to her room at night when she comes back from the club to catch them both in the bedroom.
I last played v0.15.44, I remember there wasn't much to it. I'm thinking of starting over again. Is there another update expected soon or is it worth playing again like this?

The point is (I agree it's really stupid), he drugs her and films it, so that he can later blackmail her with the video, so that she'll bang him not drugged. So uh...blackmail...I guess?
Not going to work as a blackmail video if you are in it committing a crime.
You can't say "do what I say otherwise I'll post this video of me committing statutory rape"
Dark path makes the most sense in this scenario.

All in all, more than half what he promissed was not there. Only drugged Lisa, Lucy and Anna anal and vag scenes.
I can see, he was not very active on discord, so maybe he is working on the update or maybe not... Today's 7th, promissed update+fix.
