Even when I been delighted after finding out Bones is working again on the game and doing almost daily streams, cant help noticing that he mostly drawing new scenes, seen like 6 different ones by now, and they keep coming.
Which makes the streams way more fun and new art looking great, do not get me wrong.
Then it makes me think that Bones will probly end up adding half of that to push an update as writing and coding still there, and said update is probly still far at this rate, so I end up feeling quite blue balled
Hope I am wrong and all new scenes will be added on a big (probly biggest), update, in the end most of us here are pirating his content so do we really have a voice on the matter?

The sheer hilarity of drama is outweighed only by the fact that bones knows that his audience will come back crawling on hands and knees if/when he updates.

in about 4 years he's basically released 2 updates with one of them just being updated graphics for old scenes. I cant even blame his grift now. Its just a bunch of rubes lost to sunk cost fallacy

Can I be honest? What cost? What grift? He sells 7 days of early access and you can just subscribe when he is about to release. He publicly shows his donation amount, so if you think he doesn't deserve more for his rate of work, don't donate.
But stop misusing the term grift. Grift implies deception delivering less than promised or nothing, he is really damn transparent about refusal to promise things. He either has health issues or is lazy, but it's not a grift to say "I made this thing, it's free, I'm working on making more of it. Give me money."
