it's been 5 years since a play this game haha when is the possible update ?

That most likely would be in the dream realm, has a extra thing to see, or like you mention for the "spend day with", but if that is going to used for a new feature we not aware expect way more bugs.
I kinda expected that an update would been dropped by now since it has been an year, guess not, not wonder the western poon game industry kinda went dry.

I highly doubt its for a new feature, I can't imagine why Doc would add to the workload more than what he's already taken on. I'm not trying to say that he's lazy in this aspect, he does try to actually flesh out the game and make it more substantial in ways that don't directly correlate with pornographic content.
I had expected an update many many months ago, he was meant to release the second half of 0.20 "soon after" he released the first half and that never happened. Now, we're a bit over a year out from the previous update, which again, was only half of the content it was meant to be, and we're likely having to wait several more months on top of this. It's quite a glaring mishandling on Doc's behalf, and nothing more than yet another reason for his legitimacy and perception of dependability to be reduced.
What I find most absurd is that you can't even mention anything about the next update on their discord without getting muted or banned.

Not exactly absurd when you consider the fact that there would be an absolute tidal wave of complaints otherwise, it would've become complete spam eventually.

can someone make a gallery save that ACTUALLY has everything unlocked?
there's some saves available, but they seem like there's like 7 copies of them
i get that say, vera sub/dom might be mutually exclusive in a run, but surely there's some way to just turn all the scenes on, or mod the gallery room to just have everything unlocked?

Most fellas here really do some hard work, like TRUE DOSSIERS with all the content of the game. I'm waiting for a Gallery mode with all the versions of the scenes and variants. It would be awesome

Currently the best I can find is a Gallery Mod by MGUSER350 from Discord, after checking it out it includes all state events, special events, and expands the gallery to include more characters such as the Merchant and Officer Jules. It has all the content in the current version of the game.

A gallery with content from previous versions of the game is very unlikely, for such a thing to happen it would require Doc to do it, which means we can just give up on the idea altogether. The only other alternative would be for a someone to have held onto a copy of each version of the game, and for that person to be able to mod the game or to provide it to someone who can, this seems very unlikely, and honestly finding someone willing to make such as mod seems unlikely.
I would be willing to give it a shot provided someone can give me a copy of the previous game files
