I thought the last update contained reworked/altered scenes for the mother. No worries if not.
Well there was only 1 scene addd for Martha in the last update DogXMartha Blowjob.
This is an alternate outcome of what happens when Martha gets stuck in the basement.( When Martha's cleaning the basement and she asks you to get the cat, to kill the rats, and you end up getting the dog, you go away Matha gets stuck and the dog "helps" her)
If you've already done the DogxMartha titfuck scene (it's a one time event) then simply go to the fantasy room in the middle of the night and both (new) Blowjob and Titfuck options will appear when you click on the dogxMartha candle.

It's a page where Bones keeps us updated on what he's working on per scene. It gives more information on what scenes are in the next update aswell. Each scene has certain components that need to be done. Bones gave a good description on this forum what those compnents entail.
"Arting" -
(Working on the art, like scenes and shit)
"Busting" -
(Working on new busts or adding new clothes options for old shitty ones)
"Eventing" -
(Coding the events, like, "X character goes from here to there and shit happens")
"Spriting" -
(Making new Sprites for the events, like, "X characters needs to look different in the map and shit" or "a new character needs a sprite figure")
"Dialoguing" -
(Writing and placing the shit dialogue in the events)
"Mapping" -
(Making and/or changing maps, like, "This event needs a new shitty map or I need to change the map because of shit")
It's basically Bones giving us a more specific "look under the hood" so we can track the progression more closely.

I already in the Martha room at night, and search in the top right of the room. Still didn't get it. Already tried it when Martha still not using sleeping pill and after she took sleeping pill. Any help guys?

Martha Scenes: simply attempt to open the door while you have Doyle with you then at night go to her room and in the top right corner search the drawer/night stand to get the key. You can wake up in morning and then eat breakfast downstairs with Vera to get to time frame where Martha is within bathroom.

Check the changelog of the versions in the first post. Also, from 0.10 to 0.11 it expanded mainly Mia (since 0.10 did not have any interaction with her other than her arrival at the house).

It's not a matter of being clever, it's a simple fact - paying attention to the thread's title and if it has changed is the "stupid easy/lazy" way to keep up to date and how a lot of us do it, because it spares us from reading through lots of pages on questions we have seen answered dozens of times already.
99% of people here have no access to magical intel you can't get from a Google search or eavesdropping on Dr. Bones' Patreon.

He got a bit out of hand the last time I answered him similarly. This thread would be much shorter without all of the "when" questions. The "How" questions are rather well covered by the Walkthrough and Golem98's Guide which is constantly improved, as to the "what", that is covered in the Change Logs.
We are all waiting for the next installment, some are just more patient and calm than others.
