Have you messed with the game's image files?,
If so, extract the game or images to the correct folder where it is missing, or if it is really missing, if you still have the file from the previous update, try to get it and put it in the folder

Haven't messed with anything. The whole folder is missing if you check the new game. Had to make it from scratch.

Found the issue, he renamed some of the files in the new version.

You don't need to encrypt it again. I decypted the Pictures folder from the old version and the new one as well. I added the folder from the old version in the Graphics folder of the new version and then pasted the Pictures folder from the new version over the old one to overwrite any updated images and keep the ones with the old name files. This should fix the issue for now. I know it's a retarded way to fix it but I really don't have the time for this.
