Damn that's so right. Even if you have a game so popular, consistent (I mean with the content it already has) and enjoyable, that doesn't excuse you for being a lazy mfcker that promises a lot, does so little and abandons the game in time to time. By a game created a few years ago (or last year) it's great, but, having the time it has, and all the context about Bones actions, it's, at the very least, disappointing (and that's a big compliment for what it really is).

No it's just that if you pay the surgery will be done faster and you'll get post-operative comfort in the form of a private room and other benefits. If it's free then if you're in a big city you'll just have to stand in line and the quality of the surgery won't be much different.
