There was actually a discussion on that, it seems that type of beasty is unpopular even among the beasty guys in the Discord server, and Doc also said he refuses to make that type of content.

Because must of his fans are straight, they don't mind to see females getting fucked by animals , they like to see their facial expressions too and not interested to see David in that particular situation at all.
Hello, I have a question. I downloaded the ZIP file and attempted to play, but when I run the executable, the game fails to launch. I receive an error stating the file is corrupt and suggesting I scan it for viruses and reinstall. I've tried other games, and they don't give me this error. What steps can I take? Any help would be appreciated."

From the stream;
Doc animated the previous Martha and MC boobjob and blowjob scene.
He then started work on a Future Vera and MC scene.
I was not present for the animation part of the stream, but Discord user Bluecollarotaku provided me with a recording. He has helped us many times over, and I'd like to thank him here. I have edited the video he provided.
Unfortunately I had to step away from my computer and was unable to get a screenshot of the new Future Vera and MC scene, however it was only a sketch so there wasn't much to see.
Edit: Bluecollarotaku later gave me a screenshot of the sketch.

Try to install it from another file sharing host than the one you used.
Thanks for the reply, but I've already tried it with 4 different ones and the same problem appears. What else could it be?
Whenever new update drops, we need full save and or gallery unlock ASAP, playing through a game 3 times and having to follow a walkthrough to the T to get all content is asinine.

There is a link to the Discord on the first post of this thread.
He hasn't mentioned it but it seems obvious to me that he would make that sort of content for one of the potential game endings, I'll ask him if he'd ever make threesome scenes, if he says yes to that than it basically guarantees a harem scene in the future.
does anyone have a 100% save file or can help me with my problem i have everyones guilt trust etc maxed out i have martha passionate event and lucile playfull event i did everything possible i just cant seemt to get vera one i did everything but i just cant her state event and also cant unlock velvet plz help
