And many of them are good, too. Look at Daily lives of my countryside. Quality game, one update every 2 or 3 months and each update with 4 or 5 new scene and sometimes even reworks. Meanwhile, The Manor: 1 update every multiple years, little content per update.

Typical Grifter practice by Boneless and other Devs. They pitch a game, people like it then give money. Dev then gives stable updates for first 6 months or so then DUN DUNN DUNNNNNN gets 'Sick' and will add short inconsequential updates once every 4-6 months. Gatekeepers who are fine giving money for nothing then attack anyone who calls into question shady business practices. Boneless abandon "Bones Tales Survivor Guilt" and I give it 2 months will do so with this, however I doubt he will allow anyone to take over the project. He's a Grifting troll and people keep feeding him money. Don't trust him. Don't give him money and never support future projects. He makes Nergal and Dark Cookie look like boy scouts.

Is there a way to report him, and shut him off? like isn't what he doing illegal, he claimed that putting "hard" dates stressed him out, so he doesn't do that, but cmon there is some sort of deadline per update, at least these sites should force that on these people, especially with the amount of money this clown is making. Also, his cucked forces come on here so often to see what we put up about his antics, then reinforce his beliefs "he's doing the best he can". I remember he had a bad kidney stone, but the dude makes enough to quit working, and I get sick, but this dude then said he was going to drink. Making what he s "sick" with worse. Idk I gave up on this game a long time ago, I paid for a release a while back, and he kept claiming it was 3 parts, and he never release part 2 or 3. then released it 5 months later like he was throwing it out to us like "fine you see what I do for you" and slapped a 5-month late update.lol

Also, remember not to remove the original author's name from a picture when you are editing it. It's one of the "unspoken rules of etiquette of arting". You can always add your own to it as an "Edited by XXX" or something of the sorts.

1: Lots of "Personal Issues" (but sometimes those are real but its hard to tell)

2: Tech Update (**Cough Cough Summertime Saga)

3: Revamp Update (When the art already looks fine but they wanna halt progress remaking all the art)

I'll be honest tho Patreon and subscribestar (and anything similar) needs to make so make some kind of rule for devs to where no one gets charged for the month (or every 2-3 months) they don't have an update build posted
but that might be far fetched lol

Indeed, but the thing is: the original Urban Demons did not have copyright, I think while The Manor, apparently, does.

Here it is the better version of the fan-art i did, this one is looking better thnx to Doc giving me acess to his project, has for the animation to do it i would have to redo quite of few stuff to make it look good and to make is smooth, its really all about the angle and i dont have time for that cause of my work.

Those 17 projects were a list of potential game ideas he came up with years ago. Even if you look at his SS which only has the manor, or his patreon which only has survivor guilt there is no mention of any other game.

IIRC the list came out after the patreon fiasco, but also before SS. He had his games that would be on patreon, and his "clandestine" games as he called it he was going to make with or without funding as they, and the manor were passion project according to him.

was a few days before posting about the manor being a passion project. Things will slowdown etc.

You are missing an important piece of information (which was an issue even before the Patreon thing), about my "burn out". I was struggling with being tired and kinda bored of working non stop on the same thing, that's why I decided to pause the campaing on Patreon, so I could rest a little and think of a way to overcome it... not that much time later Patreon put my page under review. So I had to spend that "rest time" on negociating with the patreon staff and find a way to keep the game and my income alive. This is all old information already stated and repeated in this thread and Discord. Once the Page was up, The Manor turned into a passion project, demonetized, and free in all accounts. And I started to rush work the concept of the second game so I could have a playable demo eventually, so I don't lose most of my income.

So to answer your question: I'm working on both, but prioritising the demo of the second game... because, even if I made the decision of not compromising the Manor's content, everything will mean nothing if I lost all my income. Once the demo is up, I will split the work in half. This will ensure I get a paycheck (luckily) and help me with the "burn out". ( I asked a few other senior developers and most of them said that working on more than one thing helps a lot).

I get people are impatient, but now, as I said, is either wait or don't, the manor no longer have a monthly subscription, so I don't have to rush to have montlhy content, hell, I could even not release updates and just wait unitl the game is finished, but I won't. I didn't quit the manor, I made a sacrifice for the sake of it. I don't like censorship, and I CAN'T make everyone happy.

So again, wait or don't, it is your choice.

And about the "don't ask for the update" rule: after more than 50 people ask for the same thing and you have to give the same answer, leading to no-where... you kinda get tired. That's why I made the rule, and now, it is even more useful than ever... just follow the channel on the server that is there for news... if there are no news there, then asking for it has no meaning.


ALL of this was already stated Ad nauseam here and on discord, if people are so invested on the game, then spend a little time looking for the info that's already there.

At no point anywhere will you fined anything about game 3 up as they were and are still only words on that page

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do but stop giving him money(There isn't anything stating by him you are paying for a full game) to warrant a refund of any money allocated to him. he also doesn't have a publisher who would set up a contract of deadlines to be met. I mean we see this across all the game spectrum. Star Citizen and games on Steam who have been in development for years and are "Still in development/Early Access" Boneless has ousted himself many times on his lies on "muh kidney stone" but the simps have blinders on and refuse to accept they invested in a scam and best to cut him off and wash their hands of funding his 'Extracurricular habits'
