And I don't know why but Bones keeps reworking everything, delaying the end of this game, then I would think, why would he finish the game and loss out money from rich fans who wants to see updates on the game? If he makes an update every month or big ones that are worth it every 3 month's I'd be inclined to believe that.

I think is the Blush effect mixed with the shadows on her face, personally I don't like it at all, but meh XD. I compared her body to older version of same scene and thickness is practically the same, I think the shape is better in the new version but that's just my preference.
