The 14th of June was never an official time, it was the best case scenario when nothing happens time. So far he is adding a bunch of new scenes which will obviously slow things down and push things back a bit. The 30th of June is the only official date for the update that has been released with Doc claiming that he is 110% positive he'll have it out early, this isn't actually a delay.

He has described that it's purpose was to be one of 2 "Service Events" for Lucille, service events are scenes that are triggered when David has an erection and requests another character to service him. They can be triggered when the target female is idle, so for example when Martha is in the kitchen, you can walk up to her and begin the event. It also seems that the location/time of where you trigger the event matters as to what scene you receive. He said that the update will have two service event scenes for Martha and Lucille, with Vera and Mia for a future update. It seems like Martha and Lucile both get a handjob scene, Lucile gets a blowjob scene and Martha gets a boobjob scene.
As a sidenote, he said that Martha in the kitchen will have three options, dinner (sit at the table), the service event and another third option that he's keeping a secret.

waited forever for next update, for it only be improved dog sounds.
would not put it past him, with his 5 year waiting, and only getting improved hourse sounds.
it would be nice to add a dog in the back as an extra option and see if lucille can win this game
