The content that he made which isn't immediately added to the game is simply work he is doing now that he will implement later, this is how he described it in the past.

Much of the work consisted things that are separate from events/scenes so its not exactly an easy thing to measure. Though the amount of new content is still significant and surpasses all previous updates.

Honestly from what I've seen and how things have been going, I assume that he'll get it out near the end of next month, he's bad at timing his own releases and gets it wrong fairly often, although this last update he was fairly close, he still had to release the update with less content than he had planned, and had to release some scenes in the hotfixes. However, he didn't release all the content that he had intended to release and he plans to now take that missed content and release it in 0.31, which isn't too bad considering that he plans to have 0.31 release soon after 0.30.

Who has completed the mini-game based on "Pасman"?! I'm stuck on the 4th stage... Is there anything interesting if I complete it?

I mean if he was really going to do things just for the money, he wouldn't be trying to get an update fairly soon after, he'd make it take much longer like he had in the past. Especially as we already know that even two year+ delays is tolerated by a lot of PAYING people, he could do months of delays until the next update and still get away with it.

From what I've seen he is working towards going back to how things were in the past, the time of giant year+ long delays seems to be over, and we're back to short delays at most. As he said whatever issues he was having are over. He's still bad at timing things, that's why if he ever gives a time range, I always add extra because I know he'll likely get it wrong, as the comment you took a partial quote from described.

New outfit for Lucile, a set of pajama onesies, an outfit that she sleeps in. The outfit has a back flap that allows for easy exposure of the ass. Doc is planning on adding more outfits to the game, he is hoping to make more state variation outfits specifically, but also more outfits in general as it seems.

Note: I failed to get a screenshot of the backflap fully opened, but he did complete that artwork for it.

Note: The "Busts" spoiler contains a pose in which Lucile faces away from the screen, this was an already in game pose that was unused and Doc simply added the outfit variation for it, I somehow never saw this pose until now. Speaking of never seeing poses, there is also a second sleeping pose for Lucile which is also unused (sleeping on back) that Doc has added the outfit to it's sprite for.

Doc added the outfit to Lucile's hug event. Bluecollarotaku86 got these images and video on our behalf. I edited the video by cropping it.

As a side note, I somehow got Doc to make another scene for the game, in this case it was a running joke of how badly I hate Mia, and my desire to have her thrown into the river. He's keeping it a secret as to what exactly he plans to do with it.

Is kinda frustrating that he focus on Lucille and not in Vera or Monte Carlo :FacePalm:
