It's an event, its hypothesized that one of her interactions with the dog (triggered by playing games with her outside) somehow opened her up to the idea, it could be more to it than that as Doc does usually try to keep secrets.

I would rather Doc saves all Elizabeth scenes for a potential Doyle DLC expansion, so what this scene is going to be? I dont mind spoilers so feel free to tell me, is going to involve David?

It's like the idiot can't get over September and is thinking about how to make a reference. I had asked him about the update, he said that new time frame would be within the first half of November, and that he is 60-70% positive for that to be the case.

No. And even if we're told "oh these scenes will be included", the best course of actions is to assume that AT LEAST half of what's "expected" will ultimately be cut and added "in a later update that will come soon after". Meaning they'll come in like a year after the update. At least that's what happened last time. No reason to have any faith in good old Bones to do any better this time around. Hell I personally still doubt any update will come this year at all.

He has an inflated ego and a god syndrome and he's also a narcissist. This can be understood from the way he responds to his followers on Discord. He's especially sensitive to the idea of an update which is a slap in the face to his fans a common and basic question.
It's also clear that he seeks attention and praise even in small actions like when he bragged about having sex with some homeless woman (his first time) and drinking a bottle of beer which immediately made him drunk. He's a small child a capricious and attention-seeking toddler in an adult's body. I think he was raped by his father as a child.
