To be honest, you can turn off the beasty setting in the beginning so it's not big deal, but also, beasty is what made this game uniqueI'd rather have nothing than receive an update with a dog or a horse having sex with the Mc targets.

Don't be mistaken, the commissions aren't canon events in the game, they're planned to be added to the game, but as bonus extra content. Excluding commissions since the break in September, Doc has made 2 events with one of those being beasty content, such content remains as a clear minority of the total content currently in the game, and for content that has been made but not yet added to the game.
Most realistic scenario would be more commissions for that type of content, though I must add that the Lucille Harley Quinn cosplay event which is Lucille + Dog anal sex is meant to be a canon event, so theoretically something could happen in the future but it would be far off (years at the rate of this game's development

It’s like the Doc is making up for his lack of progress with scenes aimed at a niche group of people who are clearly the ones willing to pay him for the little content he releases per update...
