Hey I can't seem to get the scene with Martha and the dog where they fuck in the basement, how do i get it?

You need to progress a bit with Martha's story. I believe after the bathroom handjob, the Dog Scenes become available.
They only happen during the morning as soon as your character get's up.
If you pass by Martha's room and she's not there, then go to the basement to start the Doggo encounters.
Note: As far as I know, these scenes will not show up in the Gallery (could be wrong tho, please someone correct me if so) but just letting you know.

Just keep playing until you see that Martha is not in her room when you first wake up each morning. Refer to the guide linked in the #1 post and check the journal for hints. You may need to unlock more content first.

I think he could make at least 2 medium to large updates with what he has already. If he changes his mind again on commissions and adds those into the gallery as bonus content he could stretch it out to three updates.
Are people that support him financially generally satisfied with the situation? Kinda crazy that they are still paying money for art streams

There's a portion of them that don't seem to care despite years of these issues, personally I blame the beasty guys for this they seem to be so unbelievably depraved that they'd put up with anything. He also still somehow has a steady stream of new people, the Discord easily had a thousand or more new people join since I joined it less than a year ago. Compared to most servers for these types of game he has had phenomenal success in gaining more people, he hit 20,000 members recently, though only a fraction are active.

We have to understand that a creator’s audience can come from anywhere. A lot of people discover him through platforms outside of F95Zone — I’ve seen plenty of clips from his game being reposted across many different sites.
So I don’t think it’s crazy that people keep spending money on him. He’s technically still active; he’s just neglecting game updates. In many cases, the audience is willing to pay simply because they’re still stimulated by his earlier works, and they want to see more from the creator.
It’s similar to how many people donate during livestreams: as long as they feel entertained and are being “fed” content regularly, they’re willing to spend money. A lot of the time, their dopamine kicks in immediately when they see something from the creator, which makes them emotionally attached and willing to pay. What they’re really paying for is that feeling of enjoyment.
Because of that, I don’t think most of them carefully check whether he’s updating the game consistently before paying, the way many of us on F95Zone tend to do. xD
Absolutely right, Ecuador is a very mysterious country with its own flow of time...
P.S. By the way, I noticed another phenomenon: an increase in cash flow slows down the passage of time, but I can’t yet calculate the proportionality coefficient...

Golem is absolutely right. I was there standing the line with against the beasty horde. People think we are exaggerating when I say we are very outnumbered and there is definitely quite a few people who feed him bad ideas and money. Personally, I dont mind some of the content but it has gotten out of hand. You see the same think with Dark Cookie on summertime saga and on BoTN. Someone is always gonna support it even though they shouldn't.
Well, what can I say? About two weeks ago I stopped following this thread, and out of curiosity I decided to check it again. It’s disappointing not to see any news about the game, but oh well, that’s what I expected at this point. It’s unclear whether there will ever be an update anytime soon.
I had already said this a long time ago on Dr. Bones’ Discord, and they banned me for it. I said that the excessive amount of bestial content and the abandonment of the main content with the protagonist were going to ruin this game. What used to be optional content now feels like the main focus—you just have to look at his Discord. It’s disgusting. Way too many bestial commissions, and that clearly shows where that guy’s money is coming from.
But well, from those people’s point of view it’s fine, and they don’t care at all about what the incest community thinks. Dr. Bones himself has been sponsoring this content since the very first version; the only difference is that he sold it as optional and secondary at first, but then he started giving it exclusive events, letting a dog fuck all the LIs.
At this point, Dr. Bones has clearly crossed the line. I honestly wonder why he didn’t just make a 100% bestial game instead of this weird mix of bestiality and incest. And on top of that, you add his lack of commitment, especially encouraged by the beastards and their Mordor-like horde…
