I wonder why nobody have ever tried to make the game with more modern graphics or redesign it. I've tried to generate some. AI images just for inspiration and to see how would it look if were made now in 2025

Cause making GTA is hard enough or maybe not worth it... anyways game seems old and it mentioned futa, I was like Hold up, what?!?!?? It's been around a while I guess...

how do you install the DLC? do i just put the "DLC" folder in the game file or something different?

Everything is already inside the game, but at first it may seem like there are no DLC.
If you're starting from scratch, you'll need to find specific locations in the game world and sometimes even complete specific missions. For example, to unlock the "Pregnant" option, you need to go to inside the hospital and take the elevator to the second floor. There, you'll see a marker that activates a specific option.
