The impregnation spells state that the spirit will hang out in your room after birth and that the tentacle will be able to be sent out to gather lust energy. After the birth scene it just seems to disappear though and I haven't seen any new interactions. Is there just no content for them yet beyond the pregnancy and birth or am I missing something?
During the pregnancy you'll get variant character models in game locations and sex scenes (though I've only tested on Cassandra). Pregnancy lasts about 5 in-game days then there's a short cut-scene of the birth. I haven't found any content after that for the spirits that are birthed.

Does someone know if the dev ever mentioned that normal pregnancy will be a thing later? So far we only have those with the spirits and from the snek woman which is more about shapeshifting/imitating others.

It depends on your distro. Using Ubuntu, I download the linux version, go to the game folder, right click the .x86 file, go to permissions, select "Allow executing file as program", close the window, then right click the .x86 file again, and click on run.

I need help understand how to move on with this game.. I can't understand the guide linked in OP, it won't let me learn Command-Posses and that's like the first thing you gotta do according to it..I got Caroline to max on both initial stats but it does nothing.

With the sheer scope the dev is going for (where you can do every possible erotic interaction with every possible character, in different bodies and with the succubus interactions), it'll take forever to finish this game anyways. I'm fine with waiting, but.
