Hmmm.... For some reason I can't switch companions. Either I'm missing something obvious, it's bugged or it hasn't been implemented yet, but once I have Carex, I can't switch to anyone else even after I sacrifice her.

Does anyone happen to have some sort of guide or walkthrough, getting stuck quite often and would also love to know some of the crafting recipes for the smithy since the items in the shops are so expensive.

Edit: Not sure if this will work for everyone. Found out that after you go to the 2nd town if you return back to the 1st town and speak with the merchant to pick up the tax collector quest you can actually repeat it for extra gold. After defeating the tax collector and choosing to let guards handle it you should be able to return to the Inn at night to find her again. So long as you don't turn her over to merchants you can repeat this process.

Still stuck in the first town with no clue what to do as there was nothing to tell me after a few days in the game I just gave up trying new games each time in hopes i missed something *sighs* what the hells am i missing?

As for what to do next, it seems like having a different girl summoned will change some things. So visit all locations and speak to all npcs again...

Gameplay hints:
* When exploring for goblins, or whatever, you sometimes get an empty cave scene with nothing happening. This isn't a bug. Wander your mouse over the stuff there till you find something.
* At some point you will be asked to collect 5000 gold, which is a lot. Rather than grind for ages there is a small exploit you can use. When you fight the corrupt tax collector hand her to the guards instead of letting the merchants have their way with her. You will get 750 gold AND the game will not mark the quest as finished so you can find her again at the inn once a day.
[EDIT] Apparently you can save money if you have the 'right' companion with you when you go to the shop.

i dont like female protagonists

The game tag is wrong, IMO. It is not female protagonist, the male protagonist - who is never seen - collects female companions who he guides (mind controls) to fight for him.
