How do you get the Maid Takeover? I tried following the journal but the event doesn't seem to happen. Is it not in the current version or is it bugged?

That's what I am looking for. I tried it on release and belinda is bugged to hell, you can't go to work on thursday without being trapped at work until you're forced to spend the night, a few of the images are broken in the tennis game and a few other places...

When Amanda has sufficient assertiveness and lordliness (maybe openess too) you need to go to the mall with her every other Sunday (u can find her in the morning in the closet room). At some points Jenny won't show up, so it will be just the two of you and you'll end up visiting the sex shop as well. That's where she orders the throne and after several days it will arrive to your home.
I really enjoyed the game, but i find it quite "grindy" , many days withot new events , i hope the way to unlock new scenes was faster. Also, loved that it was only femdom content, that was cool.

I found a bug.
One day Amanda wants to play tennis. During the first match it's 5 (15) : 2 (15), when I click "Play it safe", I get an error message:
An error has occurred. You may be able to continue, but some parts may not work properly.

This fixed it on my end.
Line 28248 had an unnecessary "/if" tag as the error suggests. Probably a copy/paste error.
