The only choice that matters for Karen/Sun content is the one in Nina's bedroom, here is a guide:
1. Open your phone and click on the floppy disk (preferences) icon and select Opt for NTR, not yes.
2.When you reach the trigger for the scene where you meet Sun on the street, you will be given an option to turn on NTR scenes, select activate.
3. When you are peeking at Nina on the bed, choose to jerk off instead of walking in.
If my memory serves correctly that is only choice (peeking on Nina) that matters for triggeting the Karen/Sun route/scenes but a lot of people couldnt get it to trigger until they made NTR optional on their phone prior to the first Sun scene triggers which gives you the option of NTR or not.
Once you finish the NTR route, you can find three additional scenes in Sun's room by clicking on the two cameras and the phone:

It doesn't matter if you go in her bedroom or not, if you don't have enough NTR points you won't trigger Sun school NTR scene.

I guess i'm mistaken then.
I remember that in the past when I had tried it that as long as you jerk off to Nina instead of walking in that was enough to trigger the route as long as you activated NTR points beforehand but if you also need points then i'm obvously wrong.

Thanks! This worked for me, having to proceed this way to get those scenes is a little... confusing.
Not gonna leak it, but the HS2 demo got two scenes with Karen, which will be included into the main game in the future. That's it.

Its the black paper below the bed, but I think you need to unlock all other scenes first. They seem to unlock by a combination of talking to Karen, seeing sex scenes, or finding objects on the map.Where even did u find it
On the regular map, at some point a cupcake and a potion will spawn, each unlock 1 extra scene.
On the computer there are a bunch on Koikatsu scenes, all of them have 2 variations. The second variation of the couch scene was not avaliable at first for me, not sure what triggers it. It spawns 3 Karens.
As for what the password is, I also have no idea
