For me, after the first meeting with angelina, the infermary option doesn't appear. Is it a bug, or am I missing something?

Did you enable NTR points when it asks you as you're about to meet Sun and Nina? If you didn't the scene just wont happen. Go with the encounter until you catch Nina masturbating. Choose to just jerk off from afar and not go in. From what I can tell, no other dialogue options prior matter. After that is done, you return to your room, where you should find Karen with no panties, and ass covered in cum. I could be wrong but try talking to the nurse (Karoline i think is her name?) about Angelina. If that doesn't work then you might have to work on the other women and try later.

How do I talk to the nurse if I can't go to the infermary and I dont have her contact info? And i've done everything else, that's not it either

Ok, I think I figured out what the problem is, and it's actually pretty funny. I think the issue is that you have NTR On, rather than optional. If you have a save prior to meeting Sun, choose NTR optional, and try to go home to meet them. You should receive a prompt asking if you want to enable NTR points. Enable them and proceed with the steps I described earlier. See if that works

I feel like the incest patch is not so much a patch but a mod for this game, there's little holes in what the MC says here and there that don't fit with things being intended to be incestuous from the devs original vision. Usually these things are obvious, that Patreon censorship is forcing a dev to alter their game and the patch fixes things, every now and then though i come across what is more of a fan patch made to make the game have incest just because things are close enough to only need a few small changes. I prefer to follow whatever the authors intent is, if their game was meant to have incest, then i want that, but if they didn't then i do not want it. So, is this just an unfortunate case of there being a few holes in the text or is it a fanpatch/incest mod? How can the MC just be a guest in his mom's house and why does no one explain why he didn't live with his mom to begin with? Is she just meant to be a family friend or something?
