Well, the truth is I couldn't tell you when, if I remember correctly, the updates that are coming are 0.4.2.5 and then 0.4.3, in 2.5 I think it was going to focus on content from Kaitlyn and the gym girls, while in the 4.3 I think it was Jillian and Haley.

If you don't get that scene of Karen and Sun in the clothing store specifically, it's most likely because you entered Karen's first. In my case, leave Karen at the end, first the girl on the left, then Nina, and at the end. Karen and then when I had to interact in Sun's room he did let me, I hope it helps you.

The Dev never hid the fact that there would be NTR in the game lol, what are you complaining about? It's a part of the game, so obviously people will talk about it. Also, it avoidable, so you're not forced to play it.
I think, they're more concerned about the DEV not creating much vanilla content. But in this case, they can wait till the game is finished and play it without any content that they don't wish to see. I did it myself sometimes and I would say I'm pleased with those games where players were complaining about the DEV not balancing the content for both parties.
