Definitely safe.

Ren'Py games in general seem to set off malware filters with false positives, I'm not sure why.

Ultimately, it wasn't in existence when the OP was posted, and it's not been added in since. You can report the OP itself and ask for the link to be added, same as you do to request an update to the tags list, or to anonymously share a new update.
