Besides that it would be a route where you could avoid the NTR, I'm sure you were also going to be able to let more things go on and see how little by little the grandfather corrupted the girls

Yea I hope he's doing well. The time frame of when he disappeared definitely made me think the worst. But not long ago he did like a post on his twitter, which may mean he logged into the wrong account to like it, and that he just got burnt out from the game or got a job and no longer had the time or something. The slow camera pan up to the shower room where they're having sex is probably the best sex reveal I've seen in any NTR media. Like the way the game lulls you in to a sense of slow progression and then suddenly hits you with a sack of bricks is just pure kino. Even knowing you're playing an NTR game, it's such a unexpected jump. I wish it was more common.

Yep, so few games can catch me off guard like this did. Another one that's does it is Lean2, but sadly that game drops off hard after the surprise scene. This game though keeps a solid experience throughout. I get a second slight jolt of surprise near the end of the first route, were we see the tomboy in the Chinese dress after we get back. Was not expecting that, lol.
Can someone please spoil this for me and just walk me through the endings in detail? Ending 1 A, 1 B and 2? Or link me to a detailed explanation? Assume I know some backstory but haven't played the game.

You have a weird definition of vanilla, lol. The main girl getting nailed in the shower the first time while the nun distracted the MC was def not netorase. However the main bits of the game definitely turn more netorase. But The second half after he goes back in time to try and prevent the corruption is for sure netorare.

Is it true? Has FMC been in love with Bull from the beginning? Or did she fall in love with him after long-term corruption?

Probably the latter. But Boy Hero Ken is a long going series. Milly and Grandpa has been together in other stories already. Don't know if the game follows any of the other media's continuity. She doesn't seem to like Grandpa in the beginning but is worn down through constant harassment throughout the game.

They are all separate continuities. The creator just likes those characters and uses them in everything he did. In this one Milly definitely didn't like the grandpa at first, she punches him into a wall. We get one thing at the start were you can either let her spend time cleaning with granpa were he molests her and makes a deal with her to not molest the nun if she lets him have fun with her. But You can also prevent this, it just doesn't change anything other then a couple lines.
Late to the party, but great game this.
Missed opportunity not having grampa morph into a young hunk version of himself when he got possessed, though.
