It's almost finished, and the last thing I read is that it seems they wanted a short game.
I think two years is a short time.

But what I read is that I don't think there will be more than two routes.

Because the dev would like the update cycle to be every three months starting with v0.3. v0.2 was released in August, November would be three months. The dev has mentioned that a unforeseen move has taken away some development time, but they are still hoping to finish by the end of November.

Hey everyone!
TLDR:

• Expected release date: 11/17/25 Monday. Monday evening PST at the latest.
• Want to decrease update gaps from 3 months to 2.5/2 months. If revenue increases enough, I can quit one of my jobs making this time frame between updates definitely achievable while still keeping the same amount of content.
• If more revenue after quitting job, plans to reinvest your guys' contributions to a VA for April! Moans and voice lines/dirty talk.

11/17/25 Monday is the release date we're going for. Assuming nothing crazy happens, we're on track for Monday. Monday evening PST at the latest. Save the date!

This release has definitely been a faster one than 0.2, but I do understand that it's still quite a long wait. I'll definitely do better going in 0.4. So far we've cut it down from about 3.5 months to 3 months. I'm going to aim for 2.5/2 months per update going forward while still keeping roughly the same amount of content. My biggest goal is making sure each update feels full and satisfying. I'd rather avoid short updates that feel incomplete that just leave you guys with blueballs.
I totally understand the enthusiasm for Brain Rot is high enough that you feel like 3-3.5 months is a long wait between updates and I definitely agree. Going into adult content creation I've had two jobs and relationships to maintain, plus I didn't know how Brain Rot would be received. So I didn't have the most amount of time to focus into Brain Rot. However, that's definitely changing as more eyes are turning towards us!
I'm hoping that after 0.3 support goes up to a point where I can quit one of jobs and the 2.5/2 month update time frame will definitely be achievable. Plus!-... I've got plans for extra revenue to be reinvested into Brain Rot in other ways like a VA for April! I know it's not unheard or groundbreaking, but my vision is to have a VA any juicy lines for April that I find enjoyable and appropriate ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).

Big thank you to all my supporters, short and long term ones. You guys make this possible. I want to deliver more to you guys in a timely manner and I appreciate your patience going forward. Another reminder to anyone that can't contribute or are on the fence, just spreading the word about Brain Rot is already great! Reviews, comments, and feedback are always welcome.
