what kind of NTS is in your wheelhouse? cause the for me the showing off with permission is mine. just ver difficult to find one that is not then free use and the mmc becomes a cuck who just sits out. For me, I tend towards wanting a strong kinky couple that grow and explore together. Swinging with other couples is best, followed by threesomes. Independent stuff will happen but is more uncommon if not rare.
I have learned to focus on the internal dialogue of the protags, in this case it is the male protag, but some games have both male and female povs. For the male protag here a typical red flag popped up. The male protag is one that is granting an all bets are off approach as anything the female LI does will turn him on. Therefore it is all ok. This leads to the free use scenario that you are describing. The female LI becomes fairly indiscriminate, goes slack jawed at 'Any and all the big dongs', and will then gravitate towards independent scenes with other partners and then come back to tell the MC of her adventures. The internal narrative often then continues to devolve as the FMC looses herself in moments with other men becoming submissive to all in her path. So while a cuck is classically defined as it being done without permission. It is narratively side stepped by just saying "Well the MC likes it", cause there are no boundaries. There is no way to set what is physical and emotional cheating. I tend to lose any sort of understanding of the main narrator in those cases and so the whole story just falls apart under 'porn logic' for me. I would rather the story just have admitted cheating or a single female lead in such cases. I get why it happens, it is much easier to construct and push at a faster pace to satisfy the audience that is awaiting the FMC to be with other men.
So far in this book we have focused largely on how his fantasy is to see her with other men. My preferred sharing is that each is focused on their new experience and how to share it. So while she indeed would look towards being with other men, he would then likewise think on experiences with other women and then they would make both happen. Hence a swing with a couple is the better step. But such is rare, there are like 2 VNs that have gone this route. So I do not require that to be the case, but am putting out there that it is my fav approach thus far.
I do think you will get some of that, we have not seen another couple yet, so swinging is probably not a focal point here. Still may be a good story, not saying it will be bad, even if not for me, but will let a few chapters build and check back to see what shakes out.

story is absolutely setting up the MC to fk a few of these girl including that model, his lab partner, his childhood friend. and probably that minotaur cheerleader at some point. they laid the 1st and 2nd flags for that especial after FMC gave him a free pass. not a matter of if he will, but when. classically swinging would mean another couple but in the purposes of an NTS story we just mean they are both fucking around. and in these setups their is no physical or emotional cheating as long as their are no real feelings and its just sex, also the open honesty part. likely as they go the MC will setup boundaries when he finds them. as a kinetic novel they cant have the player setting boundaries and what people like and their own boundaries is subjective. its not porn logic but rather these are NTS sex games to appeal to broad audiences so they keep things open and see how the audience reacts ongoing. simple business.
I don't disagree on any point your putting forth. I agree that the MMC will be with other partners. As stated, couple swings, is merely my preference as I was asked on it. I just know the current setup is probably not for me at this point. I get the narrative decisions that have to be made, just at this point the path taken is one I have seen a lot. So some of the things mentioned consist of where I have seen the path lead to. It is very much like a number of other games of this type and for each of them, following them month to month has been bleh. So putting them on hold and letting multiple chapters happen at a time to see what each ends up being.
I also agree that a wide net is being cast and that there will be shifts and turns as things tune to what this VN will be.

Finally tried that game. It's very good, April and Iris are my favorite girls so far. I think the pacing was perfect most of the game, until after April spent the night in mc's room. I mean, the night was awesome, same with the morning (I don't mind the blowjob being fake, it's logical, even if I'd have liked if Jax really saw her naked and she didn't care ahah, I was a bit disappointed 
). But afterward, I feel like the story toned down and April was curiously hesitant about stuff I wouldn't expect, as if the characters moved backward a little. But I have to say that the last scene totally make up for it, fantastic one. It's so good to see a scene in which the mc just gives his friend a taste of his gf, casually without it being some drama. It's cool.
I like the girls' personalities. As usual with me, I enjoy when the fmc is also thirsty. Even if she respects her bf, I like when she also likes the sex itself (like when she's drooling on Jax's cock), so I guess the theme of the game is compatible with me.
I just wish MC would do stuff with Iris soon, but he doesn't seem that interested and it wasn't even mentioned with April (yet ?).
Also regarding April, it would be cool if she wore the first clothes she showed him before the match, early on in the story. It's not more sexy than what she has now, it's as casual, but I liked it and it'd add variety if her clothes changed depending on the day. Would that be time consuming, considering the design (prompt ?) already exists ?
