Do you think about working on a game and if yes when do you think it will happen ? asking because i noticed that "NLT Media" started with comics aswell same did "Golden Punch" and there games turned better than the comics because it's immersive

That may be, and if the artist wasn't active here it would be different. But, since he even cares enough about non-paying fans to actively participate in the forum, and post his work for free after a set period. I would think that deserves at least a bit of patience, wouldn't you say?

What slows me down is that I have to learn animation somehow. Nowadays animation in VN games is a MUST.

Word, animation can be a pain in the ass that's the process that makes building games so difficult but it also pays off, good animation gives so much life to the project that it is really worth it, i am sure you can learn that afterall you talented.

Hey Mando Logica don't let that stop you from making a VN game. Your comics don't have animation and still people subscribe to your comics. There are a lot of VN's without animations. Once your VN's start to build followers you can later introduce animation as a re-work or may be hire someone else to do the animation later. So don't let not having the knowledge of animation hold you back from creating a VN game. Just start with a Kinetic novel or just convert your existing comic to a Kinetic novel without animations.
