To this I wanna add that you gotta play on the latest version (which you can either get on here or paying on itch) the free version on itch still hasn't had the transformation. And yes, I played the whole 0.9 version before realizing this.

Steam only says 2025, if you wanna play now (she's currently on a featured banner) you can try downloading it off of Onestore, fining an emulator, or doing what I did if you really can't find the room: Bluestacks online Cloudplay
Also, if you wanna build her, you want a team focused on AOE or incidental healing, since she can only grow after getting 8 stacks of Gluttony, which she accrues in response to healing

To Address a few things:
Project Realism:
There's a ton of body modification early on, skip through until you meet the blond hooker who takes you into an appartment.
Once the Body Modification options pop up, save the game so you have a save to load at that point.
I have not played much after that admittedly since i've been waiting for it to flesh out. Just wanted to point out the early eyecandy and save\load options.
Big Aspirations
If you can find the save file (usually in your browsers downloadfolder) You can easily modify your starting cash (with notepad) into the millions never having to worry about it. It will speed things up, but you also gotta remember triggers etc before you make the MC fat too fast.
I always save ASAP so i can edit the money. It saves time.
The BE content isn't lacking. There's atleast 7 characters that either has it dedicated or as part of their fetish and some of them get massive.
BE games is oddly lacking, i tend to find updates or releases of other kinds of fetishes more often but oh well.
