what does the name of the folder change idk what to name it so I just called it dsa and I didn't understand what do you want me to do in "change region for non-unicode programs to Japanese before installation".

do you have this game on you cloud/onedrive ? can you try to download the game again and pu its contents in c:/Game/inthehamlet/

it should be possibile to install for you with the locale emu
Sometimes when those "????" appear windows do not recognize directory correctly or it's just simply too long.
About second idea :
Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region (right side) >Administrative Language Settings >Administrative tab.
OR
press start and search for "region" and then go to administrative tab.
There change the language for non - unicode programs to Japanese and restart pc. After that install the app once more.
Thanks a lot I reinstalled the game after I restarted the PC I think it was the problem!

for translating rpg games(and cheating) i can recommend the mtool from AdventCirno, it helped me a lot times.
you put the file in the smal box where it asks and then where is a tab fro tranlating and you need only press "translate" one time

No clue, checked it out and it seems to be a hypnosis, Sissy/M2F game with that transition resulting in some BE, not really my cup of tea.

Hey, nice list but it's really hard to find games that center around BE and are not like one cutscene. I would be happy if anyone can give me some recommendations
It's a damn shame BE is often treated like a joke or an afterthought in games.
-The Pill
Lots of BE with animations. Probably one of the best games out there which includes BE. (it has some lactation and butt stuff too).
-Hypnosis
No animations, but if you let them the girls will grow bigger breasts as the story progresses. In the Broken Watch ending (with 2 different epilogues) some of the girls breasts gets pretty big.
It's a Visual Novel first and foremost, but there's no grind and the kinky stuff happens fairly often. The biggest BE differences happens in that broken watch ending though. (and only if you make the right choices, read the walkthrough!).
-A Growing Adventure
A really weird game about fetishes, but it's not grindy, its short and easy to digest.
-Bloom Wars
Another Weird game, but there's some cheaply animated BE scenes in it.
-Cowtastic Cafe
Simple game about a barista whose breasts grows bigger as she works. (find it on itch.io)
-Curvy Town
Visual Novel about body transformation

The body may change depending on lifestyle (Breasts grow with pregnancy) etc.
-Princess Body: Slattern Harem
You may have to buy it, but its a fairly decent game focused on pregnancy, BE and lactation.
-Corruption of Champions (first game)
Text game, bit luck based\grindy, but you can grow 3 pairs of tits and their sizes.
For modifying ones body it's one of the easier and better games out there.
I've tried other text games like it, but they tend to be way too grindy in comparison. (exept repurposing center which hits the nail).
-Yuri My Beloved
While Furry, it doesnt really mention it and you can easily just think of her as a human.
Very grindy clicky game where the breasts grows from regular boobs to moon sized ones.
There's alot of other games with BE out there, but they're either too grindy (my new neighbours) or just features BE a few times.

White Russian is in my opinion the best BE game. Very good story, also slow progession, instead of extremly fast and very cute ladies! The boobs are alrady pretty big (Look at cora).
