Lots of kinks, has BE in it. Despite the title, there is a female protag option that allows a true female start. The svg doll updates automatically. I'd recommend the fap mode because the stress and other bar bad endings happen way too quickly. Fully customizable character creator.

I think what i like most about is that it has several kinds of BE in it.
It has Hucow which significantly increases breasts size through various means inc. pregnancy.
Silicone augments
I think pregnancy (hucow preggy does) affects it
Operations that makes them grow naturally
Medicine\drugs that causes them to grow.
I think the only issue i have with the game is kinda bad "real porn" pictures of the various breast sizes (it has work to do there).
The new 2D picture of the body is ok tho.

About the pictures, one of the more recent updates added a new paperdoll system that's pretty complex, and does solve that to a point (I think there's still AI or bad real porn pictures for some things). To me the game is still a bit too sandbox-y, and outside of just going through the Hucow story yet again, I've lost interest in the game over time. But I might play it again someday once enough content has been added to it.

"A Series of changes" looks promising, " Breast Expansion, Hyper Growth,". I wonder if the size is "choosable" and how big they get.

Its only about 10 mins of content and is basically a kinetic novel but it ticks my boxes. The basic premise is the MC gets a new girlfriend but wants to quickly plump her up over the next few weeks. It was mostly weight gain focused on hip and breast expansion. It also often uses 3 size measurements which also works for me, but with AI CG it's always looks a bit inconsistent.
honestly that's all i need. I need a story and progressive BE over time. I don't need control or actual gameplay. Looks decent. Had to go vpn into japan to see link though.10 mins of gameplay is pretty short though...

Double checked my save and it was closer to 20 mins. Spent about 3 of those trying to figure out the entrance to a donut shop of a certain map (far left building near the bottom).

Bought it direct from DL site and used Translate++ with google for basic translation. I can share my TL files, but I'm not planning on sharing the game itself. If you get the game, just dump into the game's root folder and overwrite the files.

The story isn't shakespear, so it does what it needs to do. There's an excess of bread in one scene, but that's the worse it gets as far as I remember.

got an update that added more playable characters, including Phoebe, who's growth is entirely focused in her tits. There's also cheat codes you can enable if you feel like going brainless and just shooting cakes and growing. Weird, 'cause I tried to give it another shot earlier today and it downloaded just fine for me
Which reminds me, I need help with the puzzle that you need that passcode for, even if it's just the locations of the clues it's annoying to only be able to find like, 2 locations for said clues
