Virgin run is self-explainatory, you just don't lose your virginity and kill the last boss (with your gun).
For the third one you have to fuck the scientist where the wasps are and just go to the tunnels.
You have no reward for doing other endings, just new CGs.

I got to the doctor as a virgin and he told me to return to the place I got the weapon but the door that I came in from won't open. Talking to the doctor again just tells me talk is over

One question, How... On my virgin run I'm on the "Pick one" moment and it doesn't matter which one I choose, I get deflowered either way...
That's probably the v1.00 bug they mentioned in their changelog. Make sure you're playing v1.01.
In other news: if I happened to defeat the final boss, then went to the tunnel for virgin ending; is there a way to refight her to see the extra(ish) bad end? My save from before the fight won't spawn her, and the 3 "lanterns" or whatevers, are already in place even though the last one is actually still in the inventory...
I think the ending part is kinda buggy, for me (after already doing a successful virgin ending, from the save before the tunnel) it's: tunnel already open (for virgin ending), if I let the monsters get her on the platform for virgin loss, I can literally see the "big TVs" appear to block the tunnel that moment (lol), yet if I go and try to fight the final boss it won't spawn anymore. And I'm past the scientist now...
Would I have to skip and restart from Act4 PT2 to see the (other) endings?! Damnit... (not really worth it?)
Just for my peace of mind, the endings are: 1) Virgin tunnel 2) Scientist (I'm assuming won't be reaching the tunnel?) 3) Final boss transforms you X) Plant woman and man game over? Or is there anything else? (like reaching the tunnel in some other state?)

That's the thing, I am playing version 1.01...NVM, tried it for 5th time and the bug fixed itself somehow

I fixed it as best as possible. But i dont know what to response to "it doesn't work". F1 pressed?

About to finally play all the way through. Is the only good ending the virgin ending that punishes you for daring to like ero games? You can spoil it what happens in the non-virgin ending, just put it in spoilers for others, I guess.

When you put the assembly.dll in the game it doesn't work. Also, if you pause the game, the game doesn't pause, which means that you and the enemies can move with the menu open.
