I got softlocked on the "Key A" floor and the game won't let me turn back.

You can open the cell with the little girl inside. (the room with 3 cells)
Talk with her and receive the key.

I think my file might be corrupted, because I somehow can't open the cell with the little girl inside.

I think that the phantoms are futanari.

Is it possible to copy the save game safely to prevent that you softlock yourself and use it without errors? If you know what I mean.

Edit: I know that I probably have to find the girl a multiple times in the area with those ghosts, but I could only find her twice. There is this tv and a door that you can use, but it will only say "????". What do I have to do now?
